Galitz JE's

The Galitz Journal for friends and family

Day 6 Pete continued…

Finally got to eat some Russian food tonight. Earl met one of his stamp buddies who took us to a place that served sour creme and pemeli (similar to potstickers, ravioli, perogi). We also tried the fermented bread soup and beet soup with cucumbers.

Most everyone is staying out later and later every night. Big celebrations and fireworks are due for tomorrow as it will be summer solstice and the longest white night for the year.
